The move into our new company building in spring 2017 also marks the beginning of a new era in esm history. We have now efficiently structured and organized all internal processes on almost 600 square meters of production and administration space and at the same time almost doubled our space program. This enables us to react flexibly to all market requirements today and in the future, whether with additional machines, larger storage volumes or more manpower. The spacious, light-flooded rooms, also in production, create an added value that allows us to work effectively and positively and thus always achieve the best results.

beginning
Since 1971, company founder Wolfgang Müller has been working in the field of die-sinking EDM technology in the course of his activities as a toolmaker. It was not until 1981 that wire erosion was added.
Fascinated by these new machining processes and their unexpected application possibilities in metalworking, he decided in 1989/90 to found esm.
In the following years, the initial erosion machine was replaced by more than 10 erosion lines and the production area at Kronberg grew from 100 m² to more than 350 m².
In the year 2001 the next generation with son Peter Müller enters the company after passing the examination to become a tool mechanic specialising in mould technology. In 2004 he passed the examination to become a master precision mechanic at the HWK Rhein-Main and in 2007 he was appointed managing director and partner.
With an increasing number of customers, larger orders and a lack of space for new machines, it was decided in 2015 to realign the company and set the course for the future. In mid-2016, construction work will begin on our new, modern company headquarters in Oberursel, which we will move into in April 2017 and which offers genuine added value for our customers and ourselves.
